Hello everyone!
This week at SJA, the JK-3 students played games that involved passing and catching with a partner. They worked on teamwork, communication skills, and hand-eye coordination. We also had the opportunity to create a bowling alley in the gym and students got to see how many pylons they could knock down with a dodgeball. On Thursday we had a very engaging health lesson. JKs and SKs reflected on healthy eating, Grade 1s discussed hunger cues and water consumption, and the Grade 2's discussed allergies, and the importance of knowing other's allergies. The Grade 3's health lesson will take place on Monday and Tuesday as we had International Day on Thursday and a Field Trip on Friday.
